What if I don't have insurance?

If you don't have insurance, private-pay rates are available. I also offer a limited number of openings on a sliding fee scale - contact me for details and availability.

What if my insurance is not in network?

Accepted Answer

Many plans have out-of-network benefits. I can assist you in verifying your benefits and provide the needed documentation (invoices or super-bills) to submit for reimbursement. The rates for reimbursement are typically anywhere from 50%-80%. You will be required to pay the full fee for your session, then submit the required documentation to your insurance for any available reimbursement.

How do I pay for sessions?

I require a card to be saved on file, and will charge the card after the session within the same week, unless we specifically agree to another arrangement.

What is your cancellation policy?

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy:Late cancellations will be charged $110 (or your sliding fee, if applicable)No-shows, including arriving more than 15 minutes late, will be charged the full session fee (or your sliding fee, if applicable). Please note insurance rates do not apply in cases of late cancellation or no-show.Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, such as serious emergencies or severe illness.
